For me, the decision to start my own consultancy has been growing quietly in the background for quite some time. After more than two decades of building my career as an employee, the question was no longer “Could I do it?” but rather “What if I don’t?”

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with exceptional colleagues, inspiring leaders, and ambitious clients. Together, we’ve delivered complex IT transformations, improved service operations, modernised infrastructures, and helped organisations navigate change.

Every project, every challenge, and every success has shaped who I am today.

What I’ve enjoyed most has never been the technology alone. It’s been working with people, bringing structure to complexity, building trust, and helping organisations achieve meaningful and lasting improvements.

That passion is what inspired me to take this next step.
